A new loan process has been developed with the goal of making the application as easy as finding your dream car. Dploy By Knowit ensures automated retrieval of information such as income, employment status, and taxes, eliminating unnecessary paperwork and significantly speeding up case processing.

For Brage Finans, this means a more efficient workflow, faster decisions, and a strengthened digital identity. For customers, it results in a clear and straightforward application process with only relevant steps and fewer questions. They receive faster responses, and more applicants experience automatic approval without unnecessary waiting times.

Additionally, the new design provides a modern, user-friendly, and trustworthy experience, making the entire process smoother and more intuitive.

The solution offers a user-friendly, modern, and automated application flow that simplifies car loan applications and streamlines case processing at Brage Finans. Through research and user testing, we found that a chapter-based flow with minimal cognitive load increased the number of applications. As a result, the application process is divided into thematic steps, only relevant questions are asked, and information is automatically retrieved.

To create a more engaging and trustworthy process, we incorporated minimalist, animated illustrations of the Brage family. This differentiates the loan application flow from competitors' neutral designs and adds an emotional dimension that makes the process warmer and more human.

In the first three months after the launch in mid-September, the number of applications increased by nearly 50%, manual processing time was significantly reduced, and advisors experienced substantial time savings. The solution combines functionality, aesthetics, and efficiency – benefiting both customers and Brage Finans.
