Troax wanted to make it easier for its customers to order customized machine guarding solutions and turned to us for assistance. Through an initial feasibility study, we assembled an agile development team that implemented a web-based product configurator, Drawit.

Troax is the market-leading supplier of steel mesh panel solutions with applications in machine guarding, warehouse and commercial partitioning, and property protection. For more than 65 years, Troax has been developing and manufacturing high-quality, innovative security solutions to protect people, property and processes all over the world.
Troax wanted to make it easier for their customers to order customized machine guarding solutions and turned to us to make it happen. After an initial prestudy, we put together an agile development team that implemented Drawit: a web-based product configurator.
Troax customers can use Drawit directly on the web to easily design unique machine guarding solutions ideal for their needs and requirements. Drawit is based on modern web technologies, including a serverless cloud backend in AWS.
Drawit has increased the level of self service and made it easier for Troax customers to design customised machine guarding solutions while reducing the administrative workload for the Troax sales force.
For Troax, Drawit is a key component of providing outstanding service and accessibility to our customers at the global level. Our close collaboration with Knowit works really well and we are delighted with the results.
