JuJu is a Norwegian technology company that operates a cryptocurrency exchange platform. With a unique brand name and identity, JuJu stands out as an independent, decentralised, and professional partner offering easy access to trading with the lowest transaction fees.

Distinct name and identity

JuJu is one of only three crypto companies approved for trade by the Norwegian government. Since the company’s launch in 2020, the owners acknowledged the need for a more distinct brand name and identity that better represented the company’s market position and mindset.

A new strategy and name were established. JuJu derives from an expression much used by financial and digital platforms. It means “to have luck” or “good fortune”. It resonates with investors and traders who believe in the profit potential.

The logo animation symbolizes blockchain technology, the foundation of cryptocurrency. It visually represents the interconnection of users in a secure chain of data sharing.

The bold personality of the brand reflects the enthusiasm and passion of its founders, encapsulating their optimism for digital currencies. The comprehensive identity spans web design, animation, illustration, signage, and engaging giveaways like a magnetic toy.

The new identity and design have significantly enhanced JuJu's digital presence, emphasising transparency and user-friendliness. The rebranding effort clearly communicated the unique value of JuJu's services, with the updated website and design elevating the user experience and highlighting the platform's distinct advantages. The identity was also nominated for the prestigious D&AD awards, further recognising its excellence.
