Conference Testit
Testit is one of the largest conferences on testing in Sweden. The conference annually gathers various competencies in the test field for one day to share knowledge, ideas, and inspiration. A conference for testers, by testers!
Inspiring presentations and cutting-edge knowledge
The conference is held in Malmö and offers presentations, workshops, and sessions on testing with some of the best local and international speakers in the field. With three tracks and a careful selection of themes, topics, and speakers, we strive to offer interesting, inspiring, and pedagogical sessions for testers with various specializations and knowledge levels.
A few sessions always have a broader focus, such as IT or associated areas, which also means that the conference is useful to developers and project managers.
Network with colleagues in testing
Our goal is to make the conference a fruitful meeting place, where we learn not only from the speakers, but from one another as well. There are plenty of opportunities to mingle and have fun together in between presentations and workshops, with games, competitions and so on.
The conference ends with a large open session with entertainment, but is mainly an excellent occasion to keep networking and sharing ideas and knowledge with other participants and speakers.
The participants determine contents and themes
The conference is entirely based on the feedback of participants and we listen attentively to their opinions and capture recent trends when setting the theme for each conference. Our ambition is to improve and change the contents each year, in order to always offer the best conference possible to the participants and speakers who take part in this wonderful day and network.
Our vision is that the conference can be both an educative and inspiring place, where participants and presenters can share ideas and develop together – all in one day!
Testit 2024
We had a fantastic time at Testit 2024! Our new venue at Folk Mat & Möten Malmö was highly rated by our participants. Under our theme 'Explore the uncharted' organizational psychologist Helena Tronner explored why humans fear change and how psychological safety can make a difference, we soared the skies with Torvald Mårtensson and his testing of the Gripen fighter jet, and Maaike Brinkhof treated us not only to a session about bringing the whole team in for exploratory testing but also an absolutely epic keynote about beating the bosses of testing in a fantasy RPG setting!
On top of these and the other sessions from our fantastic speakers there was also time for plenty of fun between the learnings with book signing, treasure hunt and an exciting geography quiz.
Now we look forward to exploring next years conference and the Testit 10 year anniversary
