Knowit retracts dividend proposal
REGULATORY
Because of the development of the covid-19 outbreak, the market situation is uncertain and hard to assess. In order to further reinforce the company’s financial position, the Board of Knowit AB has therefore decided to retract the formerly communicated dividend proposal of SEK 6.40 per share.
Knowit has a stable financial position with strong liquidity. The Board’s proposal is based solely on the uncertainty regarding the extent to which the operations will be affected by the current situation. The Board of Knowit is of the opinion that the company is well-positioned on a market that will remain characterized by a large need for digitalization in both the private and public sector in the future.
