Knowit appoints new Heads of business areas

Fredrik Ekerhovd has been part of Knowit’s corporate management team since 2016 in the role as Head of Experience. Fredrik will take over after Åsa Holmberg who, after more than ten years at Knowit, of which the last six years have been as Head of Knowit Solutions, will step down from her position to become CEO of Tyréns Group. Solutions is Knowit’s largest business area, with around 1,900 consultants and operations on all Knowit’s markets in the Nordic region.

“I have had the pleasure of working close to Fredrik in the corporate management team for several years and am pleased that he has chosen to take over responsibility for Solutions. Fredrik has, in his role as Head of Experience, been driving an impressive growth and developed operations that are now leading within digital client experiences on the Nordic market. In connection with Fredrik Ekerhovd shouldering the role as Head of Knowit Solutions, Kenneth Gvein has been appointed as the new Head of Knowit Experience. Kenneth Gvein has had multiple roles within Knowit since 2014 and is already part of the business area’s management team.

“Kenneth has been an important part of the development of Knowit Experience, both in the operative management and as a key person in the integration of the acquisitions performed in recent years. Kenneth has a strong business focus and understanding of Experience’s market and is an appreciated leader within Knowit. It is particularly rewarding to fill both these important roles with internal competence,” says Per Wallentin.

The changes in the corporate management team will take place during the second quarter, after finalizing discussions with all the involved parties.

“Knowit’s business areas already have a close collaboration both regarding strategic direction and in client deliveries. This means that both Fredrik and Kenneth have deep insight into the operations and roles they are now taking on and I am certain that they will both contribute with a strong focus on the clients and leadership that continues to attract both clients and employees,” says Per Wallentin.
